Insight Vacations has a new California and Arizona holiday in its 2020 USA & Canada Premium Escorted Journeys brochure.
Called Desert Escapes of California & Arizona, the eight-day tour costs from £3,250 including flights.
In Palm Springs, California, clients will ride on the world’s largest rotating tram car in Mount San Jacinto State Park, and in Tuscon they can stargaze along with expert astronomers using the world’s largest moving compound telescope.
The brochure includes 35 Insight Experiences, five of which are new.
The new experiences include access to South Dakota’s Crazy Horse Memorial, the world’s largest mountain carving (pictured); an Inuit ice cream demonstration in Anchorage, Alaska; a cookery demonstration in Ottawa, Ontario; a trip with a park ranger in Yosemite National Park; and meeting a knowledge keeper from the Abegweit Mi’Kmaw Nation in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada.
Also new for 2020 is the Insight Choice service, enabling clients to choose between two Insight Experiences.
