Hays Travel staff on shortlist for clutch of awards

Hays Travel agents have been shortlisted for a number of awards.

Olivia Prest, from the group’s Crook branch, and Casey Earl, from the company’s head office, are both finalists in the Best Apprentice category of the North East Employee of the Year awards.

Billingham branch manager Charlotte Sigsworth has been shortlisted for the Making a Difference in the Community award.

All three will attend the awards at the Crowne Plaza hotel in Newcastle on November 29.

Meanwhile, Hays Travel’s Ringwood branch manager Rose Price (pictured) has been shortlisted for the Investors in People Community Employee of the Year award. She is one of five nominated for the award.

Price, who gets involved in community partnership events and escorts Hays Travel trips, will find out if she has won at an awards ceremony on November 19.

The company has an Investors in People silver accreditation and in 2018 won the Apprentice Employer of the Year at the Investors in People awards.
