Advantage Business Travel has bolstered its membership with the addition of Diversity Travel.

The consortium now has 123 travel management company members who collectively produce more than £3.5 billion of business travel sales a year.

Advantage now claims to be the largest business travel member organisation in the UK.

Diversity Travel serves the charity, academic and not-for-profit sectors with 175 staff based at offices in Manchester, London and Arlington in the US.

Managing director Christopher Airey said: “We feel that this partnership will enable us to offer clients an even wider range of choice when booking their travel, ultimately improving their overall experience.

“We’re looking forward to sharing knowledge and best practice within the Advantage Business Travel network”.

Advantage Travel Partnership chief executive Julia Lo Bue-Said added: ‘‘Diversity Travel’s continued work in support of charity and academic services is incredibly inspiring and we look forward to assisting them in growing their business and network of academic clients through a wide range of added value products and services available at Advantage and WIN Global Travel Network.”
