APT has launched a new tour to New Zealand, offering clients the chance to explore from Auckland to Christchurch, with trips by rail and boat.
The 19-day Rail & Cruise Experiences of New Zealand features trips on the TranzAlpine train (pictured), with an open-air viewing platform, and Glenbrook Vintage Railway.
The itinerary also includes the Million Dollar Cruise experience along Lake Wakatipu to Kawarau Falls Station and an overnight stay aboard at Doubtful Sound.
Guests can look out for fur seals and penguins during the cruise.
It costs from £5,995 on a twin-share basis, for the February 21, 2021, departure, including flights.
