Diversity Travel creates customer service director role

Diversity Travel has appointed Stu Booy to the newly-created role of customer service director.

Booy joins from Hoseasons and Cottages.com parent Awaze, where he was customer operations director and will sit on the board of the travel management company which specialises in travel for the humanitarian, academic and non-profit sectors.

In 25 years in customer-focussed roles, he has worked for STA Travel and The Monarch Group.

Booy said: “While the travel industry faces one of its most challenging periods currently, Diversity Travel’s dedication to keeping customers at the heart of everything they do is inspiring and one that will no doubt strengthen their proposition in the years ahead.

“I look forward to joining Diversity Travel’s widely-respected team to further drive an exceptional service delivery, that’s befitting of the amazing customers they work with.”
