Carrier creates collateral to promote benefit of booking through agents

Luxury tour operator Carrier has created a series of marketing posters aiming to highlight the benefits of booking through its agent partners.

Four posters have been created and sent to agents, with Carrier encouraging its key partners to use the content on social media or place them in their shop windows.

Carrier’s head of marketing Natasha Towey said she hoped the posters would help drive footfall as agencies around the country continue to reopen their doors.

The collateral focuses on messages around trust, personalised service; the benefits of shopping locally and booking with protection and flexibility.

She said: “As this crisis has exposed the real value of booking with reputable travel agents and a human being, we wanted to highlight these benefits in the creative we delivered alongside ensuring the messages resonated with consumer’s current sentiment.

“We hope these posters will help drive footfall into agencies as they begin to re-open and also help their local communities on the road to recovery.”

“There will be a move away from DIY to booking with trusted travel agents and travel designers. The majority of our agents partners don’t have a marketing division with copy writers and design teams, so we wanted to help create something we believe will resonate with lots of people and the response from agents has been brilliant.”
