A charity formed to support the aviation industry during the Covid-19 crisis has joined forces with a pilot training company to help get flight crew back to work.
Aviation Action has won support from training specialist AirlinePrep to offer free airline interview and assessment preparation workshops available.
The charity has also set up a JustGiving page and appealed for donations to help ensure the courses and other support can be maintained into the future.
Chris Wild, chair of Aviation Action, said: “Aviation has been hit the hardest by the lack of travel caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.
“We are doing everything we can to get the industry moving again and working with partners like AirlinePrep allows us to provide direct support to pilots that have lost incomes in recent months.”
