Oceania Cruises launches portal for travel agents

Oceania Cruises has launched a new trade platform to help agents boost knowledge and bookings.

Oceania Trade Connect offers access to OLife Choice Rewards, training programmes and will be able to connect with the Oceania Trade Insider Facebook page.

Agents can seek help with marketing via the platform.

Bernard Carter, senior vice president and managing director, EMEA, Oceania Cruises, commented: “Now, more than ever, we believe our partnership with our travel partners is essential to ensure we can navigate our way through these uncertain times together.

He added: “It is because of this that we have launched the Oceania Trade Connect platform, to offer assistance to agents by bringing together all of our resources in one place, enabling agents to improve their product knowledge and selling process so they can effectively liaise with their customers.”

The launch coincides with Oceania’s announcement of an free upgrade sale, whereby guests have the chance to upgrade by up to four stateroom categories on bookings made by December 2, 2020.
