Personal Holiday Advisors

Personal Holiday Advisors – a nominee for best small homeworking agency at Travel Weekly’s 2023 Agent Achievement Awards – is the homeworking division of the Constant Travel group, which has been successfully operating since 2005.

We offer a comprehensive package, providing flexibility, support and guidance to work from home. We also offer the technology needed to deliver exceptional products at competitive prices to make your own business a success.

We offer commission starting from 65% and are unique in how this is paid. We pay 80% of the amount earned the month after a holiday is booked, and the remaining 20% is put into your ‘pot’, paid as a lump sum at the end of March. This is a huge advantage as many homeworking companies pay commission prior to departure.

With our admin, marketing and technical assistance, you can focus on reaching new clients through social media and the local community to make your business a success.

Our induction will be tailored to suit your individual needs and we will provide ongoing supplier and product training. We also offer full back-office support for all ticketing and administration functions from our head office, allowing you to spend your time generating new business.

We provide a free company laptop with the latest booking and reservation technology and access to all travel providers to create bespoke and package holidays.
