Personal Holiday Advisors offers a comprehensive homeworking package, providing you the flexibility, support and guidance to work from home with the technology to deliver exceptional products at competitive prices.

We are part of the Constant Travel Group and operate as an independent homeworking agency, while benefiting from membership of one of the UK’s leading consortia, Hays Travel Independence Group.

All our operators are fully bonded giving you the reassurance that your clients’ money is secure. We have been successfully operating our travel businesses for more than 15 years, from our head office based in Leeds.

Support package

Personal Holiday Advisors offers a comprehensive training programme – either in Leeds or from the comfort of your own home – with a full induction, and ongoing support from our BDMs and head office team.

They will offer you support in getting started, plus ongoing business guidance to help you promote and grow your network with family, friends, your local community, online and social media clientele. You’ll even get a guaranteed fam trip within your first three months (if travel restrictions allow).

We provide full back-office support for ticketing and administration from our head office, giving you the freedom and the time to focus on your sales. Our head office is open seven days a week, staffed by people with many years of retail sales experience, always on hand to answer any questions you may have.

As a Personal Holiday Advisor, we want your business to succeed, and we have tried our best to keep the set-up cost as low as possible. It’s completely free to join us, removing a major barrier for some experienced travel staff who may find it difficult in the present circumstances to pay upfront fees. This means we only make money when our agents make money.

As part of our package, we offer you a multitude of opportunities to improve your knowledge and sales. These include operator incentives, exclusive promotions, product training and educational trips as well as an annual conference. Our buying power ensures we can take advantage of highly competitive commission levels and the latest deals negotiated by our commercial team.
