Celebrity Cruises has unveiled its 2023 European deployment, featuring seven ships including incoming vessel Celebrity Beyond.

The European programme includes more week-long sailings than before and 45 overnight stays in 11 cities. Itineraries range from four to 13 nights.

In addition to Beyond, Edge-series Celebrity Apex and Celebrity Edge – plus revamped vessels Celebrity Silhouette, Celebrity Constellation, Celebrity Infinity and Celebrity Reflection – will operate European sailings in 2023.

Ports of call include Flam, Norway; Alexandria, Egypt; Lisbon; Kotka, Finland; and Jerusalem.

Beyond, scheduled to make its debut in the UK next spring, will return to Europe in 2023, with a series of eastern Mediterranean sailings out of Rome.

Celebrity Apex will homeport in Amsterdam and offer a nine-night Norwegian Fjords sailing that includes a call into Oslo and Flam.

A new 10-night sailing on Celebrity Apex will include a port of call into Egypt. It will be the line’s first visit to the country since 2012.

Celebrity Infinity will homeport in Lisbon and will offer nine-night sailings, covering ports of call in Spain and Portugal. The ship will also operate ex-Athens voyages.

Celebrity Constellation will join Infinity offering a mix of sailings out of Athens in the eastern Mediterranean.

In 2023, Celebrity Reflection will offer calls into Greek islands, Mykonos, Santorini and Rhodes.

Celebrity Silhouette will be based in Southampton throughout summer 2023. Prices for the 11-night Iceland & Ireland sailing on Silhouette, departing on August 29, 2023, leads in from £1,899.

President and chief executive Lisa Lutoff-Perlo said: “With all three of our Edge series ships sailing in Europe complemented by four additional stunning ships in our fleet, Celebrity will sail the continent in unrivalled luxury.

“From our new, exciting itineraries and our return to some of the most popular cities in the world, we have so much planned in Europe for 2023 and we’re really looking forward to sharing the culture and charm of this region with our guests.”
