Variety Cruises launches new Greek Islands itinerary

Small ship line Variety Cruises has launched an eight-day Greek islands itinerary as the first of a collection of new sailings departing throughout 2022.

The first Limited Collection Voyages sailing is Hidden Greece: Unexplored Greek Islands, which is due to depart on July 30, 2021 on the line’s ship Galileo.

Stop-offs include Patmos, Kalymnos, Levitha, Amorgos, Koufonisia, and Serifos, all Greece.

Currently, this is only itinerary in the Limited Collection Voyages programme, although the line hopes to add more as travel restrictions ease around the world.

Outside the Limited Collection Voyages programme, Cape Verde, Costa Rica, Panama, Sicily, Malta are some of the destinations set to be included in itineraries later this year.

More destinations, including French Polynesia, Egypt, Israel and West Africa, will be available next year, the line said.

Variety resumes operations on May 14, 2021, with the eight-day Jewels of the Cyclades.

The line accepts passengers with a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours of boarding.
