Marella Cruises launches advertising campaign to boost 2023 sales

Marella Cruises has launched an advertising campaign in a bid to bolster 2023 sales.

The Cruise Month campaign, which the line said “aims to attract the UK market in 2023 and beyond”, includes the Live Happy television advert, which showcases onboard experiences and destinations visited by its ships, and will run until September 30.

The campaign will also include paid social media and email marketing, and national press adverts.

In addition, Marella Cruises is offering a £300 discount on selected cruises departing in 2023, which is valid on agent bookings.

Managing director Chris Hackney said: “We’ve seen bookings for this year bounce back to pre-pandemic levels and we want to build on this for 2023 and beyond.

“Given the rising cost of living, we know that offering good value for money is crucial, and we want to continue to offer all-inclusive as standard across our ships, allowing customers to budget more effectively for their cruise.

“Booking now for next year also means that agents’ clients will have more time to plan and spread the cost of their cruise as required.”
