Twin-centre options introduced by Blue Bay Travel

Twin-centre holidays are being introduced by Blue Bay Travel featuring an expanded range of destinations starting with locations across the Middle East and Indian Ocean.

Dubai twinned with the Maldives or Mauritius is the initial offering to enable customers can experience two different styles of holiday in one trip.

The operator plans to continue building the new initiative, using its strength of contracting to deliver the best priced twin-centre options.

The firm has invested heavily in technology with internal systems overhauled to enable packages to be fused together.

Numerous developments to the front end of the company’s website allows the options to be presented to customers for booking.

Group chief executive Alistair Rowland (pictured) said: “Keeping our full product team in place since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic has allowed us to move into new territories that we previously didn’t contract such as the Middle East and Indian Ocean.

“We were able to work with suppliers that were not receiving the same level of marketing opportunities, which allowed us to swiftly make a mark on these new areas and bring strong deals to the table for our customers.

“Tying these options together now and presenting them as twin-centre opportunities was the next logical step for us.”

Product management director Greg Armstrong added: “We have spent a lot of time over the past year developing our relationships in the Middle East and Indian Ocean, and also developing our systems and website to be able to facilitate this.

“We can now afford our customers not just the opportunity to experience two very different and unique destinations in one holiday but, at the best prices in the market as well.”
