Anzcro UK head of sales Shubhra Halliday departs

Destination specialist Anzcro has confirmed its head of sales has left the business.

Shubhra Halliday departed the company at the end of last month after joining in April 2023 to develop its UK trade business.

She previously worked in business development and sales roles at Prestige Travel for more than 16 years.

Anzcro UK general manager Andrew Guthrey will oversee the sales function, working alongside North UK sales manager Luke Ingram and South UK sales manager Chloe Seaforth, who is returning from maternity leave.

The business also has a wider team of 22 working across sales, reservations and operational support.

Guthrey said: “Shubhra joined us just as travel was finding its feet again after Covid and brought plenty of energy and new ideas with her.

“Her passion for Australia and New Zealand always came through, and we thank her for everything she contributed during her time at Anzcro.

“She’s taking some well-earned time out, and we wish her all the best for whatever comes next.”
