Gold Medal, the B2B brand of dnata Travel Group UK, hosted 40 agents at its head office for its annual Access All Areas event, along with several supplier partners.
Karen Fletcher, trade partnerships director, welcomed the agents to the Leyland office before they explored the headquarters to learn how the internal teams work and meet the directors.
There were also training sessions with suppliers including Resort Marketing, Sun Siyam Resorts, Yas Island, Etihad Airways, Singapore Tourism and Singapore Airlines.
Lunch was sponsored by Brand USA then a collaborative feedback session provided agents the chance to share their thoughts and ask questions about Gold Medal.
Sarah Lancashire, marketing director at Gold Medal, said: “Our Access All Areas event does exactly what it says on the tin: showcasing the extent of our hardworking teams and business operations and, of course, showing agents what goes on behind the scenes.
“This year’s event was yet another successful day and provided the perfect opportunity for us as a senior leadership team to hear not just what our agents love, but maybe more importantly, the ways we could adapt and support them even further.
“It’s really a collaborative initiative on both parts as we can learn so much from our agents and we’re delighted that we’re able to have these open and inspiring conversations with them.”
She added: “This event wouldn’t be possible without our incredible and supportive supplier partners, who provide agents with the most in-depth updates into their brands.
“The relationships built at Access All Areas are fundamental to long-term success for our agents, our supplier partners and Gold Medal.”
There was also a prize draw which saw one attendee win a place at Gold Medal’s flagship event, Gold Medal Big Day Out, in summer 2026.
