Group of Travel Counsellors create luxury travel start-up

Four Travel Counsellors in Scotland have established a new luxury travel brand.

Eloura Journeys, operating under the Travel Counsellors umbrella, is the result of almost a year of development.

Edinburgh-based luxury travel experts Gillian Stewart, Louise Mitchell, Dave Bishop, Elliott Rouse are running the new brand alongside their existing homeworking businesses.

An Eloura Journeys website has gone live ahead of a planned launch event.

The start-up is touting the creation of bespoke itineraries, a personal concierge service and enriching experiences. 

Stewart said: “Recognising a gap in the market for luxury travel services tailored to high-net-worth individuals in Edinburgh and beyond, we’ve spent the past 10 months bringing our vision to life.

“Our mission is to bring a fresh approach to high-end and ultra-high-net-worth travel by forging exceptional supplier partnerships.

“We are committed to delivering the very highest standards - setting new benchmarks in an industry where promises are often made but not always delivered.”
