Former Jetline Travel as product manager Hannah Myers is one of two new recruits at HF Holidays as the co-operative walking holiday provider seeks to expand its customer base.
She has been named partnership and promotions executive alongside new acquisition marketing manager Tanya Vinton, who has held roles at Warner Leisure Hotels, Butlins and Whitbread.
“The new appointments will be integral to HF Holidays’ acquisition growth strategy,” a company statement said.
The operator has a 40,000-strong membership base “but the acquisition new prospective members plays a key role in ensuring the membership base remains strong and resilient”.
This will enable the operator to continue to invest back into its portfolio of 15 country houses, including listed buildings.
Vinton will oversee acquisition activity across all marketing channels, driving quality leads that bring new guests and members into the co-operative. She will be responsible for creating and executing digital marketing and traditional media campaigns, and monitoring and optimising SEO performance, with the support of the newly-appointed digital marketing agency IFF Digital.
Myers, who also worked at the Daily Mail as travel executive and sales executive at Archant Media, will support Vinton, taking responsibility for nurturing existing partners and ensuring HF Holidays’ membership community continues to access benefits from aligned brands. She will also build relationships with new brand partners, charitable organisations and the wider co-operative community.
