Intrepid Travel is expanding its Premium range of tours following “strong” demand from the UK trade.
New trips in Costa Rica (pictured), Greenland and Norway have been added alongside more than 50 new signature experiences across the portfolio.
More than 100 are now available across 62 countries following 19% growth year on year in 2025.
Premium is described as the company’s most comfortable travel style, offering handpicked feature stays, exceptional experiences and enhanced service throughout the trip.
A recent study of more than 8,000 travellers across the UK, Australia, the US, and Canada, commissioned by Intrepid, revealed that 71% of UK travellers place greater value on holidays where planning, logistics and other stressors are taken care of for them.
The new itineraries are available to book and depart from May 2027.
UK general manager Joanna Reeve said: "Our Premium style brings together our most experienced local leaders, handpicked feature stays, and carefully curated inclusions to provide travellers with exceptional and authentic experiences that leverage Intrepid’s extensive global networks.
“We’re seeing strong demand for the Premium range from our UK trade partners which is why we’re excited to bring them more options for their clients to explore the world, like our feature stay at Tortuga Lodge – one of Costa Rica’s most celebrated eco-lodges, which sits along the river and immersed in that incredible rainforest.
“With these additions, we’re now offering over 100 Premium trips for UK travellers to enjoy premium small group travel across 62 countries."
The eight-day Costa Rica itinerary leads in at £4,155 per person excluding flights.
