Not Just Travel expands AI use with new ‘all-in-one’ platform for homeworkers

Not Just Travel (NJT) is expanding the use of AI to create a new ‘all-in-one’ platform for its network of homeworking travel consultants.

NJT OS is under development and due to be available to its more than 800 agents later this year.

The system is being developed to remove the need for consultants to juggle multiple separate tools for booking management, customer portfolios, HR, marketing and communications.

The single, streamlined workspace will also include Gmail integration, automated customer emails, AI-powered formatting and content creation.

It will also generate bespoke social media content tailored to individual platforms, allowing consultants to produce a week of posts in minutes.

The platform additionally features a task and project dashboard designed to help consultants prioritise their workloads, showing what will close bookings, what to action first, what to delegate, what to schedule and what to eliminate, according to NJT.

It is being designed to build on the company’s existing NJT Smart AI platform, which can collectively save the need for consultants to have multiple subscriptions each month.

Company co-founder Steve Witt, who is leading the system development, said: “Every smart business owner knows of the multiple benefits that efficient systems and AI can bring.
