Riviera Travel executives Vicky Billing and Amanda Docherty are taking on expanded remits as the operator continues its investment in the travel trade.
Vicky Billing, director of trade and partnerships, has become director of trade, partnerships and loyalty, because she will oversee the development and launch of Riviera Travel’s new loyalty initiative, spanning travel agents and direct customers.
The operator said the move “marks an important strategic step” as the company begins building its own dedicated loyalty platform.
As part of these plans, Riviera Travel is developing a dedicated rewards platform for agents, with further details to be unveiled in the coming months.

Billing will align trade engagement, partnerships and loyalty under a single leadership structure to ensure a consistent experience across all channels.
Meanwhile, Docherty, head of trade UK, has become head of trade UK & Ireland, with responsibility extended across both markets.
Carrie Day, country manager for Ireland, will report to Docherty, who will continue to report to Billing.
Matt Luscombe, chief executive at Riviera Travel, said: “As Riviera continues to grow, it’s important that we evolve our leadership structure to support the next phase of our ambition.
“Vicky is a highly valued member of Riviera’s senior leadership team and has played a pivotal role in shaping our trade strategy, strengthening partnerships and delivering commercial growth.
“Her expanded remit reflects both the impact she has made across the business and the strategic importance of loyalty as we continue to enhance the experience we provide to our trade partners and customers.
“Amanda has also made a significant impact since joining Riviera and has established herself as a highly respected leader within the business and across the trade.
“Expanding her responsibilities to include Ireland allows us to build on that success, bringing even greater focus and consistency to two strategically important markets.
“Together, these appointments demonstrate our commitment to investing in exceptional talent, strengthening our partnerships and delivering continued growth for Riviera Travel.”
