Sharon Bradbury has been promoted to the role of managing director at Solmar Villas.
The operator’s former general manager will report to Dertour UK joint chief executive Francis Torrilla in her new role.
Bradbury joined Solmar in 2023 and served as sales and marketing director before being appointed as general manager in July last year.
She started her commercial career in travel with Crystal Ski and then worked within the Tui specialist division over the next seven years, before moving to a role with Hidden Croatia, followed by marketing roles in the finance sector as a consultant.

Bradbury said: “It’s a real privilege to lead this business at such a dynamic time for travel. We’ve got fantastic momentum, a brilliant brand and a talented team.
