Terms and Conditions

• Competition runs from 1st July to 28th July.
• All bookings on Norwegian coast for departures 1st Oct – 31st Dec 2016.
• New, confirmed bookings only, no options taken prior to 1st July will count and option bookings will not be valid for the draw.
• Group bookings are acceptable but confirmation of payment is also required.
• Winners will be drawn after close of business (6pm) on the following dates;7th July | 14th July | 21st July | 28th July
• Winners will be announced during the day (no set time) on the Friday directly after via Hurtigruten Trade Email and Social Media (Hurtigruten & Travel Weekly).
• Agent must email sales at UK.Agency.Sales@Hurtigurten.com with the following details; client name, booking reference, agency name, and contact details.
• Prize money will include the value of flights, hotels, transfers and voyage costs as long as all elements are booked via Hurtigruten.
• Agent or consumer own travel costs will not be included in the prize value.
