Escorted tour operator Leger has launched a new holiday to Floriade, an international horticultural exhibition held once a decade.
The next Floriade will be held in 2022 in the Dutch city of Almere, and two million visitors are expected.
The event theme will be ‘Growing Green Cities,’ showcasing solutions for sustainable and livable urban areas, along with displays of flowers, plants, trees, fruits and vegetables.
There are several itineraries, offering trips of four and five days, with options to visit Amsterdam, Keukenhof and other Dutch attractions.
The Floriade & Cosmopolitan Amsterdam holiday costs from £419 for four days, while Floriade & Colourful Keukenhof Park costs from £449 for four days.
A five-day Floriade & Dutch Delights trip costs from £529, while Floriade & Highlights of Holland costs from £449 for five days.
