How to run this year’s London Marathon for charity

The ballot for the London Marathon 2022 has been and gone but all is not lost if you’re hoping to be part of the 26.2-mile challenge.

Travel Weekly has teamed up with the Family Holiday Charity to offer agents the chance to win one of two places in the race on October 2.

To enter, agents must share their details and briefly explain why they deserve one of the two places by April 28. Successful entrants will fundraise for the Family Holiday Charity, train and run the marathon as a group from the travel industry.

They will also have to pay a £80 registration fee.

Both agents must fundraise a minimum of £2,250, but they will have access to a professional lifestyle and running coach, who will support them along the way.

Lucia Rowe, UK and Ireland managing director of A-Rosa River Cruises; Barrhead Travel president Jacqueline Dobson and Travel Weekly reporter Harry Kemble have already confirmed their places.
