TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PERIOD FOR THE PROMOTION: The participation period for the PROMOTION is valid from 01/03/2026, 08:00 (GMT+1) until 31/03/2026, 18:00 (GMT+1). IBEROSTAR reserves the right to extend or restrict these Terms of Participation and the participation period or to cancel the PROMOTION, whereby the company is only obliged to communicate this decision before the closing date of the promotion.
CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPANTS IN THE PROMOTION: Participation in the PROMOTION is free of charge and open to all natural persons who are adult travel agency employees. Anyone who does not meet these conditions cannot participate in the PROMOTION and will be disqualified in the event of participation. Neither employees of IBEROSTAR nor of the Group companies, suppliers, or companies involved in the implementation of this PROMOTION, nor their first-degree relatives or in-laws, may participate in this promotion. In the event of participation, they will be disqualified and any prize won will be confiscated.
PRIZE Raffle of one (1) prize, consisting of a stay of three (3) nights in a double room with “Half Board” for two (2) persons at the Hotel Waves Royal Andalus. The stated prize is subject to the availability of the hotel after the winner has communicated the travel dates on which they wish to claim the stay. The prizes are not exchangeable for cash and may not be exchanged, altered, offset, or transferred to third parties. The prizes cannot be awarded to persons other than the participating winner. IBEROSTAR reserves the right to exchange the prizes for other equivalent prizes. The prizes may be declared void without a winner being determined if the participants do not meet the terms and conditions for participation and winning the PROMOTION.
The prize does not include any additional costs associated with the winner’s stay and no travel costs of any kind. IBEROSTAR assumes no responsibility for any travel. The prizes are personal and NOT transferable. The actual date of claiming the prize is always subject to the availability of the hotel. The booking must not be made more than three (3) months in advance. In any case, IBEROSTAR decides in the final instance on the travel dates, and anyone who does not accept the prize on the dates determined by IBEROSTAR loses the right to the prize and their status as winner. After confirmation of the prize reservation, the dates for its use can no longer be changed.
DETERMINATION OF WINNERS The winner will be selected at random within a maximum of thirty (30) days after the end of the participation period using the Google tool for random number drawing from among the participants who correctly answered the questions of the quiz during the promotion period.
