The Cover Stars trip will take place from November 7-15, with flights to and from Heathrow provided by airline partner Ethiopian Airlines.

 

Chobe Safari Lodge in Kasane, Botswana, sits directly on the banks of the Chobe River, sharing a border with Chobe National Park.

 

This beautiful setting will allow us to capture our winners in the grounds of the lodge and out on game drives inside Chobe National Park. River cruises, stunning sunrises and golden sunsets over the Chobe, elephants at the water’s edge: these are our locations. No studio. No backdrops. Just raw, breathtaking Africa.

T&Cs

 

To enter Travel Weekly Cover Stars, you must be a frontline travel seller, aged 18 or over with a valid passport, and a UK resident. The competition is open to travel sellers working on the high street, in call centres, online or from home.

 

The competition is open to new entrants and previous winners, with a maximum of three previous winners included in the final list of 12.

 

You must be available to attend a fam trip and photoshoot in Botswana from Saturday, November 7 to Sunday, November 15. Dates are non-exchangeable. Flights from Heathrow are included in the prize, but entrants must be responsible for making their own way to and from Heathrow.

 

Winners will be responsible for ensuring they have insurance cover. The winner (at the time of travel) will require a valid passport and all necessary visas or other required documentation to comply with applicable immigration or other travel regulations. Passports must be valid for no less than six (6) months at the time of travel.

 

The competition is not open to employees of Newmarket Holidays, or anyone directly connected with the promotion.

 

Only one entry is permitted per person, and no bulk or third-party entries are permitted.

 

Travel Weekly Group reserves the right in its sole discretion to exclude any entry for any reason it considers to be material including in particular eligibility. No more than two winners will be selected from a single business.

 

Travel Weekly and the Cover Stars partners reserve the right to change the itinerary without notice. Individual photoshoots may impact winners’ attendance at certain activities.

 

No cash alternative will be offered, and prize winners must accept prizes in the form offered. Prizes are not refundable or transferable. The prize stay and all its components may not be sold, traded, transferred, or rescheduled.

 

Proof of entry will not be accepted as proof of receipt of entry.

 

The winner will be required to sign a statement proving their eligibility/liability and committing to standards of behaviour on the trip.

 

All entrants are deemed to have accepted these rules and agree to be bound by them, and agree to co-operate in any publicity and editorial coverage that may arise which may include their name or image being used on Travel Weekly Group websites, magazines or mobile services at any time as a result of the competition. 

 

Entries will close at 5pm on Wednesday, August 5. Any entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
