With a few months before the peak summer season begins, agents have a host of new resorts to sell to customers. From Greece to the US, new properties are popping up all over the world, with a wealth of incredible choices catering to all types of travellers.
From all-inclusive family stays to adult-only beach retreats; whether clients want swim-up rooms, great food or luxury spas, these new properties have all bases covered.
1. Cali Resort & Spa, Cyprus
The adult-only Cali Resort & Spa is opening at the end of May in sunny Paphos. Just a few hundred metres from the beautiful Coral Bay Beach, it’s the perfect base for discovering this Mediterranean gem.
The hotel’s centrepiece is a freshwater pool surrounded by cabanas and loungers, but it also boasts an indoor pool and spa with a sauna and steam room. Set around the main pool are 201 bright and sumptuous rooms, which come with views over either the pool or sea.
Cali’s skilled chefs use healthy, local ingredients in the two restaurants, Aria and Fiki, with the former serving buffet-style international cuisine, while the latter offers delectable Japanese fusion dishes with live cooking demonstrations. At the hotel’s two bars, Calista and Sonata, guests can enjoy freshly mixed classic cocktails by the water as the sun goes down.

2. Anda Barut Collection, Turkey
Located on the Delice Peninsula, the Anda Barut Collection, which opens in May, is divided into family and adult-only zones. Everyone can enjoy the five pools and waterslides at Carnival Park aquapark, while the adults’ area has a spa with a Turkish bath and sauna, plus separate dining options.
The 547 rooms and villas offer Chromecasts and Smart TVs, while groups can choose multi-bedroom swim-up rooms with a private terrace.
Dining options include a buffet, seafood, Turkish and children’s restaurants, plus there are five bars. Evening entertainment includes DJ sets and performances by musicians, dance groups and acrobats. The hotel is well located for exploring the surrounding area, which is home to Roman baths and ancient ruins.

3. Princess Grand Resort, Jamaica
Arriving on Negril’s sun-kissed sands in June, the all-inclusive Princess Grand Jamaica is a haven for active guests, offering activities such as tennis and yoga, plus non-motorised watersports.
The three pools include one on the rooftop for Princess Platinum guests, while an aquapark boasts waterslides and three pools for children. There are clubs for kids and teens, but adults can find holiday bliss too on the hotel’s private beach or with a massage at the spa.
The rooms and suites sleep up to six guests, with and butler service and swim-up options. Bunk beds are available in select family suites. The resort’s eateries include buffets, food trucks and fine-dining Italian, Mexican and Asian options, while there are nine bars and a theatre where guests can catch nightly entertainment.

4. Palmetto Marriott Resort & Spa, Florida
The Palmetto Marriott, which opens in May, is ideal for visitors keen to explore Florida’s Gulf Coast. Many of the hotel’s 252 rooms overlook the scenic Manatee River. There are two outdoor swimming pools, plus a spa and fitness centre.
The real highlight is the Beach Club at Riviera Dunes, which is home to an outdoor pool, sports courts and a waterfront area with cabanas and loungers. The hotel’s culinary options include American classics at The Social and fresh seafood at the rooftop Oyster River.

5. Sandals Saint Vincent and the Grenadines
Surrounded by jungle, volcanic craters and coral reefs, Sandals Saint Vincent and The Grenadines is just the spot for a Caribbean getaway. Premium rooms range from two-storey Overwater Villas to Beachfront Butler Villas. Guests can also choose swim-up or fitness suites, which come with two exercise bikes, as well as private pools, whirlpool baths or soaking tubs and terraces.
There are 11 dining concepts – ranging from a salad-bowl kitchen to Butch’s Chophouse – and five bars. Watersports such as kayaking, stand-up paddboarding and snorkelling are also included.

6. Domes Novos Santorini, Greece
With its reddish exterior, Domes Novos Santorini, now part of the Marriott-owned Autograph Collection, stands out from Santorini’s pretty blue and white buildings. It’s home to 50 suites and two villas, all of which feature private pools and local furnishings.
At the resort’s rooftop restaurant, Vatanee, guests will enjoy Greek farm-to-table cuisine with breathtaking views over the Aegean. The Soma Spa offers an indoor pool, gym and yoga classes, plus treatments featuring products made with ingredients from the island’s volcanic landscape.
There’s also a separate outdoor pool and kids’ club that hosts activities such as eco-conscious gardening. Guests looking for something extra special – perhaps for a honeymoon – can opt for the Haute Living Selection, Domes’ all-inclusive category, which offers a concierge, private dining, butler service and helicopter transfers.
