Club Voyages is a luxury travel agency and tour operator that was founded in 2022 by travel journalist Sam Ballard.

 

We focus on delivering a high-end service for our clients, both through our highly qualified, self-employed travel consultants and our retail agency in the heart of Leicester’s Clarendon Park.

 

As a small agency that prioritises personal service, we have developed a reputation as a company that makes excellent, high-value bookings. As a result, Club Voyages agents are able to travel around the world, from fam trips with luxury tour operators in Sri Lanka to getting a sneak peek at the world’s newest cruise ships.

 

Not only that, but we offer travel consultants a high level of admin support both during and out of office hours. We are a tour operator, as well as a travel agency, which means we offer a phenomenal platform for agents to succeed.

 

 

Agent development

All Club Voyages travel consultants benefit from being part of the Hays Independence Group, meaning that they can be confident that commission rates are among the best in the industry. Even with a team of successful travel sellers, we know that sales skills need to be constantly sharpened and updated. That’s why we have invested in a four-part sales training programme with industry expert Debbee Dale, to help new and existing agents develop sales skills that are essential for growing their business.

 

The Club sales training is just one example of how we invest in people. New agents start on 60% commission, but this increases to 65% once agents have been with us for one year. There’s also the opportunity to earn 70% commission.

 

Additionally, we pay 50% of your commission upon booking, meaning you won’t need to wait to start seeing revenue. We’re always interested in hearing from agents who want to take their travel careers to the next level.
