You’ll receive one-to-one training, a structured three-month onboarding programme – with ongoing development beyond that. 3. Two-tier commission 

We engage a two-tier commission approach. Tier one is 60% of total commission generated, while tier two is 70%. Tier two is achieved by reaching an annual commission target running from May to April each year. Our model is self-employed, commission-only and you choose the hours you work. There are no set-up fees and a monthly system fee of £20.

 

4. Bespoke marketing manual 

Our marketing support is second to none. Alongside a comprehensive marketing manual, we set up your social media accounts, create a personalised holding page on our website and provide ready-made campaigns, offers, newsletters and template letters to promote your business. We also offer joint-funded paid marketing to give your business that extra push – and you retain 100% ownership of your client database.
