This well-designed website felt modern and fresh, albeit a little convoluted to navigate, but it was the customer service that really made the agency stand out.

The consultant was enthusiastic from the start of the call, asking considerate questions, and drawing on her own experience of ski breaks.

She was attentive, offered her name in case I needed to ring back, and called and emailed to follow up. I received a detailed email offering four options in Austria and France.

These ranged from between £3,556 and £6,288, all with flights, transfers and accommodation, either in family suites or interconnecting rooms, and a variety of board bases, plus suggestions for ski tuition and web links to the resorts.

The agent was very knowledgeable and clearly put a lot of time into finding the right break despite limited availability. Little could have improved this outstanding service
