Wendy Wu freezes prices to boost 2019 early bookings

Wendy Wu Tours has frozen prices for 2019 at this year’s prices for bookings before the end of June.

The operator is also offering door-to-door VIP private chauffeur driven transfers on holidays booked in the new ‘early bird’ price promotion.

The promotion covers selected departures in 2019 on Wendy Wu’s flagship and most popular holidays to China, Japan, southeast Asia and India.

It offers savings of up to £500 per person on bookings made before the end of next month.

Global sales director John Warr hoped the move would spur more clients to book their 2019 holiday now with their travel agent.

He added: “It’s worth noting that prices for Japan are likely to be higher in 2019 than currently, given Japan is hosting the 2019 Rugby World Cup and 2020 Olympic Games, and so it makes sense to book now and take full advantage of 2018 prices.”
