Upmarket operator Abercrombie & Kent has added five new itineraries to its Small Group Journeys range for 2026.
The additions in Brazil, Spain, Bolivia, China, Saudi Arabia and Jordan take the total in the portfolio to more than 80.
Suzanne Teng, global group product director at Abercrombie & Kent, said: “After introducing a range of new Small Group Journeys this year to both familiar and far-flung destinations, we challenged ourselves to venture even further for 2026.
“These new itineraries are designed to ignite curiosity and foster deeper connections, whether through intimate encounters with local communities, behind-the-scenes access to iconic celebrations or time spent in nature that’s still largely untouched.”
Brazil: Ultimate Rio Carnival Experience is a six-day tour from £16,190. It includes behind-the-scenes access at a renowned samba school warehouse the day before the big parade; a private samba class; the exclusive Carnival Ball at Copacabana Palace; and watching the carnival parade from a VIP box.
Ultimate Bolivia is a 10-day itinerary from £7,610, which includes the Uyuni Salt Flats; Potosí, one of the highest-altitude cities in the world; and Lake Titicaca.
The 14-day Mountains and Myths in China and Tibet tour costs from £10,360 and visits the Great Wall near Beijing; the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, Tiger Leaping Gorge and the Stone Forest in Yunnan; Potala Palace and Sera Monastery in Tibet; and Hong Kong.
Spain: Madrid, Valencia and Mallorca is a 10-day tour from £11,980, including Madrid; Palma; and a paella-cooking class on a traditional rice farm outside Valencia.
Desert Adventures in Saudi Arabia and Jordan is an 11-day tour from £13,760.
With most groups numbering fewer than 18 guests, these journeys include exclusive access to sites and experiences, from private viewings of historic landmarks to behind-the-scenes cultural encounters.
