Aberdeen International Airport is facing potential summer strike action after Unite balloted about 70 airport workers over an ongoing pay dispute.
The vote involves airfield operators, firefighters, technicians and administrative staff, and is scheduled to close on June 10.
Separately, security staff employed at the airport by ICTS are voting in a second industrial action ballot, closing on June 17, after rejecting a revised pay offer.
The trade union warned any subsequent walkouts are expected to coincide with the busy summer holiday peak.
Unite general secretary Sharon Graham said: “Aberdeen airport workers will not tolerate low pay. We are dealing with very profitable companies who can easily afford to bring these disputes to an end if they made our members a fair pay offer.
"Unite will back our members every step of the way in their fight for better jobs, pay and conditions.”
The disputes follow announcements earlier this year that nearly 700 workers across Edinburgh and Glasgow airports are also set to strike this summer.
