ABTA moves on PSC

ABTA has started proceedings against British Airways, Lufthansa and Virgin over the separation of Passenger Service Charges from their fares. It is asking the Commercial Court of the Royal Court of Justice to declare that separating PSC and calling it a tax is illegal.
