The Advantage Travel Partnership has launched a dedicated member AI Hub designed to help independent travel businesses adopt and embed artificial intelligence into their day-to-day operations.
The launch follows direct feedback from members seeking clearer guidance on how to maximise the technology, following strong engagement in AI-focused sessions at the recent Advantage Travel Partnership Conference in Madrid.
Instead of developing a single, standalone AI tool, Advantage said it has created a broader, long-term enablement framework that can evolve alongside rapidly changing technology.
The first phase of the hub includes introductory guidance, practical prompting support, safe-use guardrails and specific use-case guides covering core areas of travel business operations.

Advantage said the resource aims to help member businesses reduce time spent on repetitive tasks, improve productivity, accelerate customer communication and strengthen marketing, while maintaining human oversight and data protection.
Paul Nunn, chief operating officer at Advantage Travel Partnership, said a fixed, standalone tool could quickly become outdated.
“What members need is confidence, guidance and practical support that can evolve as the technology evolves,” he explained.
“That is why we have taken a different approach. The AI Hub is about helping members understand how to embed AI safely and effectively into their own businesses, rather than asking them to adopt one fixed solution. Used in the right way, AI can help remove some of the more repetitive tasks that take time away from teams, improve efficiencies and support better ways of working.”
David Moon, member success director at Advantage, added the tool was built with the realities of running an independent travel business in mind, catering to members at completely different stages of technical capability.
“This is not about a one-off launch,” Moon said. “It is about supporting members on an ongoing journey as AI becomes more embedded across travel businesses and customer behaviour continues to change.”
Future phases of the programme will expand the hub to include member case studies, partner insights and further guidance on advanced applications.
Advantage will also continue working with selected technology partners to provide members with access to tools spanning automation, marketing and data-led decision-making.
