The Advantage Travel Partnership has published the 2025 edition of its annual cruise guide, pitched as offering sales and training tools for agents.
The Cruise Collection, which features 26 cruise lines, is the first guide to be published under the consortium’s new branding and can be personalised by agent members.
Advantage said it would help agents sell ocean, river and expedition itineraries to yet-to-cruise clients, as well as seasoned cruisers, across a range of budgets and destinations.
Jonny Peat, senior commercial manager for cruise at Advantage, said: “The Cruise Collection is a dedicated piece within our portfolio for clients to use which we develop annually to align with the evolving market.
“Our members have been eager for its release due to the benefits of this guide for prospective clients, and we recognise that clearly outlining the unique selling points of these products helps personalise these experiences for members and customers in what can be considered a confusing market.”
He added that a “knowledge gap” had been identified for luxury small-ship and expedition cruise lines at the recent Clia conference in May, so The Cruise Collection would be “an integral tool” for agents unfamiliar with the sector.
Peat described cruise as “a key focus” for Advantage, adding: “We believe strong supplier relationships are essential to securing commercial opportunities.”
The guide will be sent to a database of 50,000 customers and will be available in print and online. A personalised digital version will also be accessible, as well as social media and email assets.
