Top agents and agencies honoured at London ceremony
The UK’s top travel agents and agencies have been honoured at the 2026 Travel Weekly Agent Achievement Awards in London.
The event, held in partnership with joint headline sponsors Virgin Atlantic and Celebrity Cruises, took place at London’s Park Plaza Westminster Bridge hotel with more than 650 guests in attendance.
The awards were presented by media personality, entrepreneur and presented Jamie Laing alongside Travel Weekly editor-in-chief Lucy Huxley, while entertainment was provided by M People star Heather Small.

Other highlights included the culmination of Newmarket Holidays’ competition to win an electric car, worth more than £20,000.
Coveted individual awards included Leisure Agent of the Year, which was won in the high street category by Craig Barton and in the home-based and call centre category by Designer Travel’s Emma Parry-Thorpe.
Other individual honours included Leisure Manager of the Year, won by Sarah Jones of Iglu Cruise; Young Leisure Agent of the Year, won by Beverley Travel’s Lilly Wilson; and Agency Support Team Member of the Year, won by Charlie Brown from Oasis Travel.
Multiple award winners included Hays Travel, which won the Large Agency category in the north and south of England and central England and Wales, in addition to being named national Large High Street Agency of the Year and Touring and Adventure Agency of the Year.
Outstanding Contribution honours went to Barrhead Travel managing director Nicki Tempest-Mitchell and Henbury Travel owner Richard Slater, while specialist agency Vetsetters picked up the One to Watch Award and Travel by Hannah in Marlborough won the inaugural Agency Branch of the Year award.
Inspire Europe, ROL Cruise and Holidays by Design (Cleethorpes/Brigg) were named the best large, medium and small agencies to work for.
