Agent hails Newmarket Wimbledon breaks as 2026 trips go on sale

A travel agent has hailed the “fabulous” atmosphere during her recent Newmarket Holidays trip to Wimbledon, as packages for 2026 are released.

Packages for the 2026 tournament have gone on sale with a 10% discount on bookings made before August 14.

Travel agent Paula Gleeson, of Seaside Travel in Hartlepool, joined her mother on a Newmarket Holidays package to watch the tennis.

She said: “From start to finish, the Newmarket Holidays staff were fabulous – they were so informative and literally guided us into Wimbledon.

“We had front row tickets for court number one and the whole atmosphere is fabulous and the place was stunning. We loved it.”

The operator is offering a range of two and three-day tours, with its Classic itinerary including reserved seats on No.1 Court, hotel accommodation with breakfast, return transfers to the grounds and a tour manager to support guests.

With the discount, prices start from £315 per person for a one-night break, and from £423 for two nights.

Alternatively, the Wimbledon Tennis & London Break package allows guests to stay in the capital and travel to Wimbledon under their own steam, with free time to explore London’s sights at their own leisure.

Discounted prices start from £272 for the one-night option, and from £394 for two nights.

On both breaks, customers can watch high-profile singles and doubles matches on No. 1 Court, and move around the Wimbledon grounds to spot players and celebrities.
