Agent to take part in boxing match to fundraise for two charities

Club Voyages’ Becky Walker will take part in a charity boxing match to fundraise for Reuben’s Retreat and her local hospital.

The match will take place on March 21, 2026 at the Forge Warehouse in Sheffield.

Walker, who won the Clia Cruise Master Award at the Agent Achievement Awards this year, told Travel Weekly: "I’ve never done a boxing match before, but I’ve trained on and off boxing as a hobby for about five years.

“It often gets side-lined with all my travelling, but I went back into the boxing gym for the first time in about six months the other day.”

She said she was inspired to choose Reuben’s Retreat and the hospital as a result of Tipto’s fundraising and meeting a woman representing the hospital at a networking event. 

Walker added: "I don’t like to go back on my word so I thought this was finally my chance.

“I’m a bit scared to be honest but I’m always involved in charity in one way or another.

“This latest project keeps me accountable and committed to training too.”

Walker also regularly fundraises for the Good Hope Project in Tanzania, often taking physical donations out on trips each year.
