Aer Lingus Regional expands network for summer

Four new UK routes have been introduced by Aer Lingus Regional operator Emerald Airlines as part of an expanded summer timetable.

Cork-Bristol, Dublin-Liverpool, Belfast-Newcastle and Belfast-Isle of Man have started while a connection between Dubin and Brest in France start on May 20.

The airline is running 30 routes with more than 2.5 million seats available to 20 destinations across the summer schedule with many connections via Dublin to the Aer Lingus transatlantic network.

Chief executive Keith Butler said: “We are delighted to be providing our customers with additional choice throughout the busy summer period.

“We are very pleased to have begun our services between Cork-Bristol, Dublin-Liverpool, Belfast-Newcastle and the Isle of Man. 

“These new routes will not only provide our customers with more options to connect with friends and family but also support vital business and tourism links between Ireland and the UK.”
