Airtours loses second director to Thomson

THOMSON has poached a second senior director from Airtours with Will Waggott joining as finance director for tour operating and distribution.

He follows chief operating officer Peter Rothwell who joined Thomson last month.

Waggott held the post of finance director for Airtours UK Leisure group. It is unclear when Waggott will start at Thomson as his contract with Airtours bars him from working for a rival for 12 months.
