The Association of Touring & Adventure Suppliers (Atas) has unveiled the shortlist of agents who are in the running for its annual Recognition Awards in September.
The awards will be announced during the first day of the Atas annual conference, which will be held at a new venue: Silverstone, the home of the British Grand Prix.
The conference will take place on September 21-22 at the famous race circuit, near Towcester in Northamptonshire.
The Atas Recognition Awards scheme honours those travel agents who have showcased touring and adventure holidays in the most innovative or successful ways.

Atas revs up for annual conference in Silverstone
Claire Brighton, Atas director, said: “I’m delighted to reveal the shortlist for our annual awards scheme.
“The panel of judges, from our Atas Trade Engagement Working Group, said there was a very high standard of entries to assess.
“Those who made the shortlist really impressed the judges with their hard work and innovation in the touring and adventure sector.
“Our awards ceremony in Newport last year was such a highlight, so I’m looking forward to another exciting evening in Silverstone, recognising the agents’ achievements.”
The Atas Recognition Awards are being sponsored for the first time by software specialist TProfile, which provides solutions for websites, customer portals, content and documentation.
Bhav Taylor, chief sales officer at TProfile, added: “We are delighted to be sponsoring the awards for the first time.
“The quality of this year’s entries was exceptional, but what really stood out was the depth of expertise across the touring and adventure sector.
“Agents demonstrated an impressive understanding of destinations, products and customer needs, alongside a genuine passion for creating unforgettable travel experiences.
“It is clear that today’s specialist agents are trusted consultants, and congratulations to everyone shortlisted for setting such a high standard for excellence. We look forward to celebrating with you in September at the annual conference.”
