Audley Travel has recruited Emma Hudson to the newly created role of destination partnership manager.
She will join the upmarket operator on June 29, with her new role sitting in the product and operations team.
Hudson will lead Audley’s global destination partnership strategy, with a key focus on global tourism boards and international destination partners.
She brings more than 30 years’ experience in the industry, including senior leadership roles at STA Travel and Travelbag.
Hudson has also served on the boards of the Association of British Travel Organisers to Italy (ABTOI) and British Educational Travel Association (BETA).
Furthermore, she has advised organisations including VisitBritain, Tourism Australia, Saga Travel Group, Elegant Resorts and Wellbeing Escapes.
Lisa Fitzell, chief product and operations officer at Audley Travel, said: “She brings expertise in strategic partnerships, destination marketing and business growth, alongside an exceptional track record of building influential relationships across tourism boards, government bodies and international travel partners and is ideally placed to help us determine and bring to life our long-term partnership vision.”
Hudson added: “I’m passionate about working with travel businesses to use strategically aligned partnerships to deliver meaningful impact.

Hudson will be based in the UK, with her remit including partnerships for both the UK and US sides of the business.
