Audley Travel introduces Finnish Lapland for winter 2026-27

Tailor-made tour operator Audley Travel has added Finnish Lapland to its portfolio of destinations.

Options include the region’s capital, Rovaniemi; Saariselkä, on the edge of Urho Kekkonen National Park; and Levi, known for its peaceful Arctic setting.

Experiences range from gliding across the snow by husky sled, to meeting Santa at his workshop, cruising through icy waters in Rovaniemi and spending the night beneath the aurora in a glass-roofed igloo in Levi.

A Winter Adventure is a five-day itinerary with accommodation in a private glass igloo.

Highlights include a husky sled excursion, watching the northern lights, learning about Sámi culture while helping feed their reindeer and a nature walk in snowshoes.

It costs from £3,695 and includes flights and excursions.

Clients on A Festive Family Trip will meet Santa Claus, explore by husky sled and snowmobile, and take a traditional reindeer sleigh ride.

It costs from £6,395 per person, based on two adults and two children travelling, including flights.

A Luxury Winter Escape costs from £13,595 for seven days, including business-class flights and accommodation in a glass-roofed igloo – plus a privately guided snowmobile safari under the northern lights.
