avro launches agent website

AVRO has launched an on-line search and booking facility for travel agents.

The seat-only specialist hopes the site, www.avroagents.com, will appeal to small and medium sized agencies as it is web-based so does not require costly system upgrades.

It allows agents to scan for availability and prices both from Avro and other flight-only operators.

Avro managing director Stephen Rhodes said: “Avroagents.com provides agencies with the latest search and booking technology without the need for expensive software. It is a cost effective facility that allows agents to scan all flight only operators, book Avro flights directly, whilst keeping Internet connection times to a minimum thanks to the efficiency and speed of the site.”
