BA and American Express to launch credit cards

BRITISH Airways and American Express are to launch a series of co-branded credit cards.

The British Airways American Express card is available to British Airways UK Executive Club members and comes in three formats; Classic, Premium and Premium Plus. Each card has its own level of rewards and benefits.

For each £1 spent on the card, the holder will receive one BA mile. The cards will be available for use from January 5, 2001.
