Birmingham International starts new Web venture

BIRMINGHAM International Airport is launching a Web site offering holidays, flights and late deals.

The site, bhx.com, goes live on October 16, and will allow customers to book 12 weeks in advance.

Bhx.com has cost a total of £350,000 and is a joint venture between Birmingham International and travel agent Page and Moy.

Bookings will have to be made by phone or in person through a Page and Moy agent.
