Long and mid‑haul destinations such as the Maldives, Mexico and Egypt also performed well, driven by product available to the PTCs via Blue Bay Travel’s tour operator arm.

January also saw standout individual achievements across the network of homeworkers. Highlights included a £69,000 Barbados booking, and a £44,000 Zanzibar and safari booking.
Group manager Abbie Heaton said: “We’re extremely proud of the results our PTCs achieved in January. It truly reflects the grit, determination and entrepreneurial spirit of our homeworkers.
“Seeing a 20% rise in self‑generated leads is a brilliant achievement.
“The PTCs management team, especially our business development manager, Louise Rothwell, strive to support the homeworkers to build their businesses and grow their own client bases so it’s wonderful to see our agents reaping the rewards with the 65% commission they earn on those self-generated leads.
“It’s also great to see agents leveraging Blue Bay Travel’s customer leads, where they choose to, and achieving impressive conversion rates.
“We continue to focus on sustainable, quality‑driven growth, supported by a strong team, a compelling commission structure and a business model that empowers our agents to thrive.”
