Cruise agency Bolsover Cruise Club is to target the luxury sector with a dedicated new division.
Luxury Journeys will offer a “hyper-personalised” service, bespoke client documentation and a new concierge model designed for high-spending travellers.
The company said: “While the luxury cruise market is experiencing rapid expansion, Bolsover Cruise Club recognises that modern luxury travellers require a more tailored, specialist approach.
“Building upon an established foundation, where luxury booking values have risen by 17% year on year and repeat luxury guest retention sits at 87.1%, the company is investing heavily to set a new benchmark in bespoke travel curation.”
Chief operations officer Katie Wilson and sales and operations director Francesca Hurst will lead veteran cruise concierges with decades of specialised industry knowledge, according to the company.
A handpicked selection of top-tier ultra-luxury cruise lines, boutique yacht voyages, expeditions to some of the world’s most remote destinations will feature together with cruise and stay packages.
Bolsover added: “Moving beyond traditional sales, every client will be assigned a personal journey experience manager. Serving as a dedicated, 24/7 post-booking contact, these experts will curate every aspect of the trip, from private helicopter transfers and luxury hotel pairings to bespoke shore excursions.”
Wilson said: “True luxury cannot be delivered generically. With Luxury Journeys, we aren’t simply selling cruises; we are curating complete, unforgettable experiences.
“Our high-value clients deserve specialists who understand every suite category, every brand philosophy and every subtle detail that transforms a holiday into something truly extraordinary.”
