Bowden-Doyle quits trainline.com

TRAINLINE.COM chief operating officer Richard Bowden-Doyle has quit the company after just four months.

The former Thomson Holidays managing director said he couldn’t handle working for such a small team or not being the boss any more.

Bowden-Doyle, who reported to chief executive Alan Meekings, said: “Trainline.com is a great business with tremendous potential for the future. However, I have found making the transition from a large complex group to a small business much more difficult than anticipated.”
